
Submission Information
Submission Format :
Please submit full papers to the Conference website address http://edas.info/N8251. All submitted papers should be in the form of PDF file and are to be limited to a maximum length of 6 pages (A4 size, single space, Times Roman of font size 10, two columns format), including figures, tables and references. It is recommended to use the template available from the website. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to register and present their papers. Papers will be published in the conference proceedings only if at least one of the authors is officially registered and presented. Each full registration covers a maximum of two papers. Student registration will cover a single-paper final submission and presentation. The authors must not indicate their names and affiliations in the body of the paper submitted. The authors only give their personal information during online submission. A double blind peer review process will be used to evaluate all papers submitted for consideration.Authors who wish to submit should use the IEEE Conference two-Column format available here. A sample file in PDF can also be downloaded.
EDAS Information :
We use EDAS system for submission of papers and review process. Submitting a paper via EDAS consists of four steps:
- Logging in or creating an account.
- Registering the paper.
- Adding authors.
- Submitting the manuscript file.

Guidelines for final submission
These instructions are prepared to assist the authors in preparing and submitting the final papers for ISIEA 2010.
In order for your paper to be successfully included in the ISIEA 2010 conference proceeding, it is required that you strictly follow the following instructions:
1. Your final paper has to follow the ISIEA Full Paper Template (download here). The length of final paper should be no more than 6 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references. For multiple authors, click here for example.
2. Your final paper must be VERIFIED to be IEEE Xplore® compatible and this can be done through IEEE PDF eXpress service. The IEEE PDF eXpress can either:
a. Convert a Word Document file to a PDF file which is compatible with the IEEE Xplore format, OR
b. Verify whether or not your existing PDF file is compatible with the IEEE Xplore format.
It is strongly recommended that you use the IEEE eXpress service to convert your Word Document file that you have prepared using ISEA Full Paper Template to the PDF format.
In order to do the conversion or verify the format, please follow the following instructions:
o Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at http://www.pdf-express.org/
o Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: isiea10x
o Once IEEE PDF eXpress account is created, you can access to the IEEE PDF express website.
o Click "Create New Title" to start converting or verifying your final paper.
o You can upload your Word Document file for conversion to PDF or verify your PDF file by clicking the "Submit File for Checking or converting" button.
o You will receive the online confirmation of successful upload and an email with your Checked PDF or Converted PDF attached.
o To check whether your converted PDF file has complied with the IEEE Xplore format, follow instructions here.
3. After the format has been verified (or converted to PDF), upload your final paper at the following address: http://edas.info/N8251
4. You are also required to sign and complete the IEEE Copyright Transfer Form
Please note that failure to follow the above instructions may result in your paper to be excluded from the conference proceeding.
