Symposium Fees

In order to participate in the activities of ISIEA 2010, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Registrants may register up to two papers per registration. The page limit is 6 pages. Each additional page incurs a fee of USD40 (RM120.00) per page.

Author registration payment must be made by 20 August 2010; otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.

Authors who make their payment by 15 July 2010 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.

Early Registration(Early Bird)

IEEE members will receive a discount on the ISIEA 2010 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number during registration (please update your EDAS profile) and to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.

FULL REGISTRATION

The full registration will include hotel accomodation during the event at the venue.

Student Rate

Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. Students must fax in their 'student identification card' to +603 5544 2767 or email the scanned copy to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and bring along their Student Identification Card and/or IEEE Membership Card to the symposium for verification. Only one paper per person per-registration is allowed under this rate. An IEEE graduate student member also qualifies for student member rate.

Registration Fee

All credit card payment are to be made in United States (USD) either by Visa/Master Card. Bank Draft and Wire Transfer will be allowable upon request  direct into the IEEEISIEA account. Registrations by residents of Malaysia are payable using the local RM currency either through wire transfer or bank draft/cheque, local orders are not accepted. (Details will be furnished later)

Payment Using EURO Currency

To those intending to use Euro currency may only do so using wire transfer or demand/bank draft. You may use the same procedure as below.

Refund Policy

Refund of Conference Registration fee on or before 20th August 2009 will be subjected to a 25% cancellation charge. No refund can be made after 20th August 2009.

Observe special rates listed in the above have been arranged during the conference subject to availability. Check-in 3 October 2010 (15.00); Check-out 6 October 2010 (12.00) for 3 Nights.
